A Healthy Choice Massage and Day Spa offers licensed massage therapy in a relaxed, residential atmosphere. Tucked away in a quiet, south central Lincoln neighborhood, across from Roberts Park.
Walk through the arbor, past the flower gardens, to the spa entrance at garden level.

Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sat 9:00am - 5:00pm; Sun 12:00pm - 5:00pm 
By Appointment Only
Availabilty usually 1-2 weeks in advance for single appointments,
3-4 weeks for Couples/Weekends
1-3 days for Gift Certificates

Deb Parker, LMT owner, has been a licensed massage Therapist since 1985. She is a certified spa specialist, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards accepted. Gratuities not included, and appreciated.
Twenty-four hour notice is required for cancellation, otherwise you will be billed.
Gift certificates from A Healthy Choice available for any of our services or in any dollar amount. Please make an appointment to pick up gift certificates, or we can mail them to the lucky recipient.
